This event is dedicated to raising awareness about organ transplantation, emphasizing the importance of organ donation, and offering moral support to those waiting for life-saving surgery.
The HCF Run project began in 2018 with a cycling event that brought together 60 adventure-seekers. This remarkable start foreshadowed the greater achievements that lay ahead.
In 2019, our community doubled: 150 brave participants accepted the challenge of covering long distances. It marked a crucial milestone, showing the strength and growing appeal of our mission.
A true turning point came in 2022, when we scaled the project into a full-fledged run-festival. Over 500 participants set off from the Botanical Garden under the inspiring slogan #notjustarun, enjoying the beauty of nature and the energy of shared purpose.
Our relentless pursuit of new heights led us to a dream come true in 2023. The festival run, held at the EXPO site, gathered nearly 2,000 people as a celebration of sport, friendship, and inspiration. The event was made truly unforgettable by the performance of singer Yenlik, whose presence added magic and emotion to the atmosphere.
Year after year, HCF Run continues to grow, winning the hearts of more and more participants. It stands today as a bright symbol of charity, community, and movement uniting people through purpose and hope.
In 2024, 4 200 people took part in the Run-Festival: transplant recipients, their families, donors’ relatives, doctors, volunteers, partners, and concerned citizens. In 2025, 5 000 participants took to the course to run for life.
