JÜREGIMNIÑ JEÑIMPAZY
The Festival That Unites Hearts!
The Heart Center Foundation is proud to continue its tradition of hosting this event in support of patients on the transplant waiting list. Jüregımnıñ Jeñımpazy is more than just a race-festival; it is a powerful gesture of solidarity with all Kazakhstanis fighting for their lives every single day.
Why Does This Matter?
As of March 19, 2026, there are 4,604 patients on the transplant waiting list, 120 of whom are children. Through consistent investment in the field of transplantology, our Foundation makes a measurable impact on organ donation rates every year. According to the Republican Coordination Center for Transplantation, the number of transplants has tripled compared to the previous year: while 23 transplants from deceased donors were performed in 2024, that number rose to 68 operations in 2025. Despite this positive momentum, the crisis remains acute. The mortality rate for those on the waiting list is still devastatingly high: in 2025 alone, 342 patients passed away before receiving a life-saving transplant.
"We have been holding this event since 2018. Each year it evolves, engaging more people who care. We are proud to have created a platform for dialogue that fills the information vacuum on this topic. This year, we plan to expand the festival program with even more activities focused on public health support and prevention," — Murat Zauyrov, Director of the Heart Center Foundation.
